Welcome to Atlas Air & Heat, LLC ("Atlas," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, as well as the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or scheduling service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the property owner. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services & Estimates
Atlas provides residential and commercial HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, and indoor air quality services within our published service area. Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered, but no additional work will be performed without your approval.
- Diagnostic findings are based on the condition of equipment at the time of inspection.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to decline service where safety, code, or access concerns prevent proper completion.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
We make every effort to honor scheduled appointment windows. Emergencies and weather may affect timing, and we will keep you informed of any changes. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a non-emergency appointment. A trip fee may apply for missed appointments where access could not be provided.
4. Pricing & Payment
We use flat-rate pricing approved by you before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of work unless financing has been arranged in advance. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and approved financing. Past-due balances may accrue interest as permitted by Texas law.
5. Warranties
Atlas stands behind its workmanship. Labor warranties and manufacturer parts warranties vary by service and equipment and will be documented on your invoice or installation agreement. Warranties may be void if equipment is serviced by an unauthorized third party, misused, or damaged by events outside our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use automated tools to scrape content. Information on this site is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer unless confirmed in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Atlas Air & Heat name and mark — is owned by or licensed to Atlas and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without prior written permission.
