Pricing questions, answered
Do you charge a fee just to come out?
We charge an $89 diagnostic visit so our certified tech can fully inspect your system and give you a written diagnosis. If you move forward with the repair, that fee is waived — and it's always free for Atlas Care members.
Is your pricing really flat-rate?
Yes. We quote the full price for a job upfront and you approve it before we start. You'll never get a surprise hourly bill, no matter how long the work takes.
Do you offer financing?
We do. Qualifying installations and major repairs can be financed with approved credit, including 0%-APR promotional plans on select systems. Ask your comfort advisor for current offers.
What warranties come with a new system?
Most new installs include up to a 10-year manufacturer parts warranty plus our own labor warranty. We register every system for you so your coverage is never lost.
Can I get an estimate without an in-home visit?
For repairs we recommend an inspection for accuracy, but we're glad to give ballpark ranges by phone. New-system estimates are always free and include an in-home load assessment.
